About This Layout
I created this layout because I wanted to make use of a new effect that I created as part of a tutorial for PSP 8. I call it the 'Pink Equalizer Effect' cause that's what it looks like. You can kinda see it in the background of the picture. I got the idea for the title from all the flowers in the picture. This is one of my favorite pictures of Kenshin and Kaoru. I'm extremely happy with the way that this layout turned out.
Using This Layout
A layout like this one is probably best suited for a site with lots of content and links. To use it, just download it and open the 'index.html' file and edits the links and the content to your liking. If you like you can open up the 'css.css' file and edit how you want the links and the headers to look. Of course if you don't how to use css at all then I should leave that file as is if I were you. Then upload the layout to your account.
