Watoujutsu

Shugeki Tosei (Kicking Sword Rush)- The user adds speed and power to the swing of his sword by kicking the back of the blade as he is swinging it.

Kaishi Tosei (Spiral Piercing Sword Rush)- The user blocks an attack with the hilt of his sword and uses that force to spin around swiftly and stab at the opponent. This move is most effective when countering other attacks.

Shoha Tosei (Destructive Palm Sword Rush)- The user adds force to a downwards swing by hitting the sword’s back while it is overhead just as it is being swung down.

Choten Tosei (Morning Sky Sword Rush)- The user uses the sword as a means of jumping but still holds onto a rope attached to the end of the sword. In the air the user pulls the sword back up and uses the palm of his other hand to deliver a slash similar to the Ryushosen.

Kofuku Zettôsei (Crouching Tiger Severing Sword Rush)- This is the succession technique of Watoujutsu. The user holds the sword back handed with their non-dominant hand and crouches as low as humanly possible with the right leg extended and the sword over their back. The user then uses the crouched leg to push forwards and up while at the same time he is bringing his other hand onto the hilt of the sword and swinging upward with both hands. This move can be used to dodge under the Amakakeru Ryu no Hirameki’s blade and use the air rip to speed up the swing.
