Pink Equalizer Tutorial |

So yeah, I'm calling this one the Pink Equalizer Tutorial because that's what the end result looks like. So let's start with a solid background with the color of your choice. I chose pink.
On this background layer, add a bunch of different-sized white spots using the paintbrush with varying levels of hardness.
Now go up top and chose Effects ---> Distortion Effects ---> Twirl and set it to the maximum of 720. This is what you should get.
Next, chose Effects ---> Distortion Effects ---> Spiky Halo and use these settings. Your result should look like this.
