Premade Layouts

I recieved an email from someone requesting some tutorials on how to use PSP 8. So I came up with different random effects to teach the person. This got my creative juices flowing so I decided to open up a free layouts section for this site. It's something I've always wanted to do since it's so much fun to make layouts and sometimes you can come up with layout designs that you like but don't think are suited for your site. You are not permitted to redistribute these on your site in any way. If you decide to use one of these layouts do not remove the credits from them or claim that you made them.
